Description

Sodium Ascorbate is the sodium salt of Ascorbic Acid. It has the same antioxidant properties as Vitamin C while having a buffer role at neutral pH thanks to the mineral (sodium) to which it is bound. It has the same benefits to the body as vitamin C, but with better bioavailability and therefore a longer duration of action.
