Description

Vitamin A is one of the fat-soluble vitamins. In animal nutrition it exists in the form of Retinol Acetate, Retinol Palmitate and Retinol Propionate. This Vitamin is involved in bone growth, in the synthesis of eye pigments and also in the stimulation of melanin production in the skin. It is available in its Palmitate form, Oil, at 1.7 million IU/g, and in its Acetate form, Powder form, at 500 000 IU/g or 1 000 000 IU/g, respectively called Vitamin A 500 and A 1000.
